Gov. Hickenlooper orders flags lowered Tuesday in honor of Colorado Springs Police Officer Matthew Tyner

DENVER — Monday, July 30, 2012 — Gov. John Hickenlooper today ordered flags be lowered to half-staff on all public buildings statewide on Tuesday, July 31, in honor of Colorado Springs Police Officer Matthew Tyner.

 

Tyner died on July 24, 2012, in the line of duty in Colorado Springs. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, at New Life Church, 11025 Voyager Parkway, Colorado Springs.
