Gov. Hickenlooper signs several bills into law today

Tuesday, March 29, 2011 — Gov. John Hickenlooper signed SB11-40, sponsored by Sens. Nancy Spence and Linda Newell and Reps. Ken Summers and Nancy Todd, concerning youth concussion guidelines and in honor of Jake Snakenberg.
