Estes Park Housing Authority offers income qualifying apartments for rent, both senior and family. We also administer a Section 8 Rental Assistance program. Home ownership opportunities are also available for qualified individuals.

We understand that a home is more than just a roof over your head. Our goal is to assist individuals and families to find a home that fits their needs and their budget.  If we are unable to assist in one of our programs, we can help point you in a direction to find something that works for your family.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Estes Park Housing Authority announces the closing of the Section 8, rental assistance wait list to all new applicants. The closure is effective January 11, 2013 and shall remain in effect until further notice. No applications will be accepted while the wait list is closed.
