The Estes Park Housing Authority is a provider of housing options and services primarily for qualified low and moderate income households. We have options for those who are seeking an apartment to rent as well as for those who wish to purchase a home.

Notices and Vacancies
Estes Park Housing Authority office is moving! Our office will be closed Wednesday, May 15 - May 17. We will be open for business at our new location beginning Monday, May 20. Our new location is at the Visitor Center, 500 Big Thompson Avenue. Our office door is on the North side of the building. Mailing address and phone numbers will stay the same.

Section 8 Waiting List: PUBLIC NOTICE
The Estes Park Housing Authority announces the closing of the Section 8, rental assistance wait list to all new applicants. The closure is effective January 11, 2013 and shall remain in effect until further notice. No applications will be accepted while the wait list is closed.
