Please contact the OIT Service Desk for all IT related support issues via phone, email or Self Service. The issues you report will be logged into our ticketing system and assigned to OIT staff supporting DMVA for resolution. The OIT Service Desk staff will work to resolve the more common issues while still on the telephone with you. If they are unable to resolve the issue while on the phone the ticket will be assigned to onsite staff for resolution. The OIT Service Desk has also attached documentation on using the Self Service module. See link below.

After hours you are welcome to email the OIT Service Desk or use the Self Service functionality of our ticketing system, CA Service Desk. Whether you utilize Self Service, call or email the OIT Service Desk, you will receive an email with a ticket number for your reference. When calling for updates on your ticket, please have your ticket number available. You can also view updates on your ticket through Self Service.
