Dispute Resolution


When issues arise in the workplace, every attempt should be made to resolve them at the lowest level and as informally as possible. Therefore, parties are encouraged to use alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, settlements, and arbitration in an attempt to reach early solutions. The forms provided below are specific to the type of dispute and should be used only when other forms of alternative dispute resolutions have been exhausted.
