The Accounting and Finance Division of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is responsible financial transactions for the Department. Services provided include such items as financial reporting and analysis, grants management, appropriation funding, payroll and vendor payments. Transparency Online Project

The TOPS project went live on September 1, 2009 and is the result of a Governor's Executive Order and passing of House Bill 09-1288. The site provides public access to summarized financial information including expenses and sources of revenue. The link below will provide access to the site.
