Board Members & Staff
The Board consists of five members serving five-year terms. Three members are appointed by the Governor (Anthony Marquez, Garth Lucero and Teresa Salerno) and two members are elected by certified state employees (Rich Djokic and Sally Yerger). None of the members can be a current state employee. The Board members are as follows:
The Board staff includes Dana Shea-Reid, Director; Administrative Law Judges Mary S. McClatchey and Denise M. DeForest; Jane F. Sprague, General Professional III; and Andrea C. Woods, Technician IV.
