Initial Decisions
For final Board action(s) on an Initial Decision of the Administrative Law Judge which has been appealed to the Board, please go to the corresponding Board Order on the Board Orders & Meetings section of the website. If there is no corresponding Board Order (that is, one with the same case number as the Initial Decision of the Administrative Law Judge), the Initial Decision of the Administrative Law Judge itself is the final Board Order.
Click the year to the left for the appropriate case number. For example, if the case number is 2003B127, click on 2003 Initial Decisions, then click on 2003B127.
