For telephone hearings, the parties are expected to appear in person at the place designated on the Notice of Hearing with the Administrative Law Judge appearing by Telephone. The hearing location for a telephone docket is generally the County Department of Human/Social Services involved in the case.
If a party wishes to change to the location of their hearing or change it from a telephone hearing, to a face to face hearing, they may file a motion requesting a Change of Venue.
