Pursuant to Section 8-47-1001(3)(d)(II) of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the State Auditor is required to conduct periodic performance review of the Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) who hear and decide workers' compensation cases in the Office of Administrative Courts.  The following reports constitute the audit findings and susbequent responses from the Office of Administrative Courts.
