OAC Structure & Locations
The Office of Administrative Courts is broken into 4 work units: 1) Operations - which handles the day to day operations of the Court; 2)Workers' Compensation - which is responsible for the adjudication of all Workers' Compensation Proceedings; 3) General Services - which is responsible for the adjudication of all non-Workers' Compensation proceedings and 4) Mediations - which is responsible for mediating matters prior to hearing.
Additionally, the Office of Administrative Courts hears cases in every county in the State of Colorado. Many hearings are conducted with the Judge appearing by telephone. The Judge may also appear at one of our regional offices (Denver, Colorado Springs and Grand Junction) or at a contract locations throughout the state.
