Laws Rules & Procedures

The Office conducts hearings for a wide variety of state agencies. It has  General Rules of Procedure  for General Services cases and  Office of Administrative Courts Rules of Procedures for Workers' Compensation Hearings (OACRP)  which govern many of these hearings, primarily in the area of professional and occupational licensing. In addition, several state agencies have adopted rules governing the handling of their particular matters:
