Jane T. Feldman
Jane T. Feldman is the Executive Director of the Commission. Ms. Feldman was the First Assistant Attorney General in the CERCLA Litigation Unit of the Colorado Department of Law for four years, and before that, served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Natural Resources and Criminal Enforcement Sections in the same office. Prior to joining the Department of Law in 1989, Ms. Feldman worked in the New York County District Attorney's Office for eight years. Ms. Feldman graduated magna cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was an editor of the Law Review. She received her BA with Honors in History from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. She is an active member of the Council on Government Ethics Laws ("COGEL"), an international organization of ethics, elections, campaign finance,and freedom of information act officials. She is currently the President-elect of that organization.
