Worker's Compensation
The state's workers' compensation program is self-insured and Risk Management is responsible for the administration of the program. Pinnacol Assurance, LLC, is the state's third-party administrator and in coordination with Risk Management handle claims and provide loss control services. Risk Management and Pinnacol work closely with state agencies to provide claim management, Return-To-Work Program, and injury prevention assistance.
