HR & Risk Professionals

The Division of Human Resources (DHR) manages the state personnel system, serving more than 30,000 state employees. DHR also works collaboratively with the state Human Resources community and each department's  Human Resources Director.

 

The work units in DHR include:

 

Division Director's Office oversees state personnel director's rulemaking and dispute resolution processes.

 

HR Analytics manages information and statistics for the State's current workforce

 

Risk Management manages the State workers' compensation program, the State property program and liability claims 

 

Consulting Services manages selection, workforce planning, training, performance management, and human resource auditing.

 

Compensation manages compensation and job evaluation programs, work-life programs, personal services contracts program, leave.

 

Benefits manages group benefit plans
