DHR produces official reports concerning the state personnel system. Some are published on an ongoing basis and others in response to special projects.


Workforce Report
The Annual Workforce Report has been developed to assist state human resource staff in defining future staffing requirements, build succession planning programs, identify current skills shortages and plan for future skills needs.

Human Resources Annual Report

This survey collects information that is not readily available through other sources and the data are used to respond to numerous inquiries throughout the year from the legislature, state auditors, and other governmental agencies.
