Consulting Services provides guidance on the State of Colorado's selection processes and procedures, rules interpretation related to selection and progressive discipline, human resource audits, performance management, and selection model practices.  Consulting Services also provides expertise to other state agency human resources offices in the areas of Delegation Agreements, Selection Personnel Certification Program and Technical Assistance.
