Total Compensation

The State of Colorado's statutory compensation philosophy is to provide prevailing (competitive) total compensation in order to recruit, retain, and motivate a qualified workforce. The  My Total Compensation Statement  is a tool that estimates the annual value of an individual's total compensation. The major components of total compensation for FY 2011-2012 are highlighted in the Annual Total Compensation Summary.

Thank you for attending the Meet & Confer for the Annual Compensation Survey process, your participation is greatly appreciated.  As a reminder, the deadline for feedback and/or comments is April 15, 2013.  Please email responses to Annual Compensation Survey feedback.
