  • Medical Certificate for Influenza-Like Illnesses

    Colorado Governor Bill Ritter Jr. has issued an Executive Order suspending the requirement that state employees provide a medical certificate for absences of more than three full consecutive working days for  influenza-like illnesses  only.

About Human Resources

The Division of Human Resources (DHR) develops and manages the state personnel system. The Director coordinates state personnel rulemaking, dispute resolution processes, and division communications. DHR consists of three business units:

  • Total Compensation manages compensation and job evaluation programs, work-life programs, leave and group benefit plans.
  • Workforce Planning & Development manages selection, workforce planning, training, performance management, and human resource auditing.
