Art, Print, Mail Requests

When ready to submit your project, please provide a completed Request Form. This request does not need to be routed through purchasing-simply submit it directly to IDS along with your project. Please contact our Customer Service Team prior to preparing your project for more information. Instructions are on the back of the form. If design work is requested, one of our designers can assist you in preparing your job for printing. Also, we are equipped to receive your files directly via e-mail, in certain formats.
