DCS Rules

A public hearing was held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2005 to consider adoption of changes to Central Services Rules 1 CCR 103-1. The changes were adopted and the new rules are effective as of July 1, 2005.

DCS Statute    

Created in 1976 by statute, DCS exists to provide centralized business support services at competitive pricing to state agencies. In order to maximize volume-based savings, all state agencies, except institutions of higher education as allowed under HB 04-1009, are required to participate.
