Jackie became the Program Manager for the Colorado Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) shortly after the Colorado legislature created the program in 2007. She has a BA in Social Work from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, College of Law.

Jackie is invested in creating a program that: 1) provides survivors with the information and tools for increasing their safety; 2) is client-centered, accessible and easy to use; 3) continually learns and grows to meet the needs of survivors; and 4) is an active and contributing partner in the victim services community. Previously, Jackie was employed with the Jefferson County Child Protection Services Unit as an ongoing and after-hours crisis intake caseworker and later as an Assistant County Attorney, and by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a Criminal Investigator, Program Consultant, and Policy Analyst.

Jackie has lived in Colorado since 1968 and thinks that after 40 years you should be grandfathered in as a Colorado native. She has twin sons that will be 28 in July, a 23-year-old daughter, and a 4-year-old granddaughter.

In her spare time, she likes zumba, margaritas, motorcycles, shopping, hiking, hanging out with the grandkid, watching the reality show Survivor, and reading.
