Cynthia Nardini has been with the State of Colorado, Division of Information Technology, known as the Pueblo Data Entry Center (PDEC) for over 18 years. Four years ago PDEC merged with the Imaging and Microfilm group becoming the Document Solutions Group (DSG) this provided the ability to grow the operation and branch out imaging and microfilm through out the state. Just last year Cynthia joined forces with the Integrated Document Factory which provided Print and Mail to the four major county areas. Intergraded Document Solution (IDS) was formed to provide Print, Mail, Data Entry, Imaging and Microfilm in both the northern and southern part of the state. This merger will allow Cynthia the ability to continue to provide the southern part of the state volume discounts along with providing a back-up to the Northern Processing Center. The delivery services alone have provided a means of transporting state interdepartmental mail to southern agencies who previously would have to UPS or US Mail at a considerably higher cost.
