Scott Madsen
Division Director
Scott Madsen joined DCS in December 2002 after more than 30 years in the private sector. He served as the State Fleet Manager and Deputy Division Director until July 2005, when he was appointed to his current position of Division Director. Scott holds a MBA degree from the University of Utah and has the distinction of being the first to serve two terms as President of the National Conference of State Fleet Administrators, a position he held from 2005 through 2007.
Scott believes DCS should add recognizable value to the State in every service we offer, and that excellent customer service need not suffer as we work to hold down costs for the State. He takes great pride in the quality, skills and dedication of all the employees of DCS. With this great team, and their unwavering commitment to our customers, the other departments of the State should always view DCS as their First Choice for Service.
