Data Conversion is handled through our Southern Region facility. Our expert staff addresses the specific needs of agencies with industry-leading document conversion and records management services. With IDS focusing on the agencies business processes, it allows the business to focus on their expertise.

IDS can help engineer more effective solutions for a customer's current and future needs. The bulk of our Southern Region business is converting hardcopy documents into data files. In the conversion from paper documents to digital images or digital data, the information is converted to the format of choice. IDS has the resources, technology, and experience in handling large, complex projects including:

  • Database: Connect to a customer's system & use their software to update their files
  • Direct Mail responses

  • Manual Data Entry: Keying of select information from a hardcopy or data/image file & storing the data in a specified data format
  • OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
  • Surveys/Questionnaires: Mail your responses directly to IDS, we'll produce the reports
  • Web-based & online services: Connect to web-based programs
 

IDS has the capability to work a 24x7 operation with 3 shifts, has quick access to over 50 FTEs to accommodate very large workloads, and has a long history of meeting or exceeding deadlines.

All of our southern staff sign confidentiality agreements, work with highly confidential documents including personal, medical, legal, and criminal files, must pass a strict CBI background check, and are HIPPA compliant.
