Colorado Counts, Communities working to house Coloradans in need. Made possible by a grant from British Petroleum America and support from Community Solutions and the 100,000 Homes Campaign, Colorado Counts is Colorado's effort to actively seek out and interview those who are or at risk of becoming homeless through Community Solutions' Vulnerability Index.
