Overview

Under Govener Hickenlooper, the homeless team work with service providers and homeless agencies to assess and address homelessness in Colorado. Building on past success, this Homeless Prevention Team will implement our state plan to address homelessness. The team has identified the following:

Vision All Coloradoans have a place to call home.

Goals

Encourage six regional strategies via a coordinated state plan by January 2013
Creating housing and accessible services for homeless veterans by January 2015
Creating housing and accessible services for homeless families, youth, chronic, and other populations by January 2020
