The Statewide Advisory Committee on Homeless Youth (ACHY) serves as the statewide strategic planning and action body, focusing on preventing and addressing youth homelessness in Colorado. The committee members advise the Office of Homeless Youth Services and work collaboratively to carry out Colorado Homeless Youth Action Plan activities. The full committee meets quarterly, and project workgroups meet regularly for the purpose of carrying out specific strategies outlined in the action plan.
