Statewide Accidental Death and Disability Insurance: 

 
The state has contracted with IMA of Colorado, Inc. to provide Accidental Death and Disability Insurance for Colorado volunteer firefighters. Under this policy, all volunteer firefighters in the state of Colorado are covered for any on-duty activities, including travel to and from any event.

**The policy currently offered is a blanket policy for every volunteer firefighter in the state with no attached schedules.

• Accidental Dismemberment $25,000
• Permanent Disability $10,000
• Accident Total/Partial Disability:
  • Weekly Benefit $100
  • Max Payment Period 104 Weeks
