Application

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs will be accepting applications for the Small Cities (Non-entitlement) Community Development Block Grant public facility projects. Funding for these projects will not be available until April 1 of each year. The annual application deadline is December 1.  Prospective applicants for public facility projects must consult with the department's regional field manager in their area prior to submitting an application.

Once a CDBG award is made, the following documents need to be submitted (in MSWord format):

 

  1. Citizen Participation Plan
  2. Intergovernmental Agreement
  3. Public Notice and Notice of Public Hearing
  4. Residential Antidisplacement & Relocation Assistance Plan
  5. Statement of Assurances & Certifications
  6. Excessive Force Policy
