Highlights
Distribution of Conservation Trust Funds to eligible local governments for the calendar year 2012:
  • A total of $50,559,729 was distributed, with a per capita amount of $10.01. 
  • 466 local governments received Conservation Trust Funds. 
  • 100% of the entities were reviewed for compliance during the year, based on staff review of status and spending reports. 
  • 29 local governments were selected for an in depth review based on a computer generated list.  
  • A total of 38 projects were reviewed for compliance, totaling $1,049,830.26 worth of CTF expenditures. A total of $1,400 was found to be ineligible. All ineligible expenses have been corrected and brought into compliance with CTF rules.

  • A total of 64 projects were reviewed for compliance, totaling $2,471,409.45 worth of CTF expenditures. A total of $135.92 was found to be ineligible. All ineligible expenses have been corrected and brought into compliance with CTF rules.

  • A total of 61 projects were reviewed for compliance, totaling $1,201,390.23 worth of CTF expenditures. A total of $640.06 was found to be ineligible. All ineligible expenses have been corrected and brought into compliance with CTF rules.

  • A total of $46,145,591 was distributed, with a per capita amount of $9.34.
  • 460 local governments participated in the Conservation Trust Fund program.
  • 100% of the entities were reviewed for compliance during the year, based on staff review of status and spending reports.
  • 33 local governments were selected for an in depth review based on a computer generated list.
  • A total of 55 projects were reviewed for compliance, totaling $1,513,890 worth of CTF expenditures. A total of $1,702.39 was found to be ineligible. All ineligible expenses have been corrected and brought into compliance with CTF rules;
    • With the exception of Two Buttes Metropolitan Recreation District. This District failed to provide all necessary documentation for this review and has a total of $431.15 in 2009 expenditures that cannot be verified as allowable. If these expenses are determined to be ineligible, this amount could raise the total of ineligible expenses for 2009 to $2,133.54.

  • A total of 70 projects were reviewed for compliance, totaling $3,840,452 worth of CTF expenditures. Of the $3,840,452, a total of $1,541 was found to be ineligible. All ineligible expenses have been corrected and brought into compliance with CTF rules.

  • A total of 54 projects were reviewed for compliance, totaling $992,640 worth of CTF expenditures. Of the $992,640, a total of $5,545 was found to be ineligible. All ineligible expenses have been corrected and brought into compliance with CTF rules.

  • A total of 58 projects were reviewed for compliance, totaling $4,173,748 worth of CTF expenditures. Of the $4,173,748, a total of $8,903 was found to be ineligible. All ineligible expenses have been corrected brought into compliance with CTF rules.
