Population Totals - State Demography Office
Population figures:
- 2011 population figures will be used for the 4 quarterly distributions in 2013.
- 2012 population figures will be used for the 4 quarterly distributions in 2014.
- 2013 population figures will be used for the 4 quarterly distributions in 2015.

CTF distributions are based on the following formula:
| Distribution Factors | |
| Per Capita Share (PCS) | Money distributed per person (varies depending on the amount of money being disbursed). |
| Non-Districted Population (NDP) | Population in a non-districted part of a city or county-unincorporated-area (would be zero for districts). |
| Districted Population, non-overlapping (DP) |
District population that is not overlapping other districts. |
| Overlapping District Population (OP) | District population that is overlapping other districts (doesn't apply to any cities or county-unincorporated-areas). |
| Overlapping Districted Population Proportion (OProp) | 1 divided by the number of overlapping districts (doesn't apply to any cities or county-unincorporated-areas). |
