2015 9% LIHTC/CDOH Gap Funding PSH Program Pilot Applications – Application Note
Applicants applying on May 1, 2015, for 9% LIHTCs and gap funding from CDOH through the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Program Pilot may submit all supporting documents below Attachment K of the CDOH application checklist (see pg. 24 of CDOH Loan/Grant Assistance application) electronically through the CHFA web portal at https://ftps.chfainfo.com and on a flash drive to CDOH. Hard copies of these supporting documents will not be required for this funding round. The Division of Housing and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) are partnering to hold a joint State Housing Credit/CDBG-DR (Disaster Recovery) funding round to support the flood recovery efforts. Both applications will be due to their respective agencies by March 2, 2015.
