| Conditional Use (including seismic) | $200 |
| Variance | $175 |
| Rezone | $300 |
| Temporary Use | $30 |
| Minor Subdivision Sketch/Preliminary Plan | $300 |
| Minor Subdivision Final Plan | $200 |
| Subdivision Sketch Plan | $300 |
| Subdivision Preliminary Plan (for 10 lots or less. Additional $50 per lot over 10 lots) | $450 |
| Subdivision Final Plan | $250 |
| Resubdivision | $250 |
