Notice of Public Hearing

The Costilla County Board of Commissioners intends to adopt Open Burn Regulations for disposal of slash and brush piles on private land in Costilla County.  The proposed draft regulations are available for review at the Costilla County Commissioners’ Office located at 352 Main Street in San Luis, and at the Clerk and Recorder’s Office located at 400 Gaspar Street in San Luis or online at www.costillacounty-co.gov.  The proposed draft regulations are available for review until Monday July 16^th at 5:30PM.  The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday July 17, 2012 at the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room at 352 Main Street in San Luis at 1:30PM.  Public comments will be heard at the Public Hearing, or can be sent to Ben Doon, P.O.
