SPACE is LIMITED!  We are hosting the entire event in one room and need to limit the total number of vendor attendees. There will be one sponsorship level available for $500. This includes: one (6' x 30") table, 2 chairs, power and full registration for one attendee. Sponsors can purchase full registration for one additional attendee for $100 per company.

 

Vendors not sponsoring a table are limited to full registration of one attendee per company as space is available.

 

Full registration covers the entire event, including speaker presentations and dinner.

 

Note: Sponsors are allowed to bring in one more non-registered attendee to assist with their booth during the vendor setup, reception and vendor show time only; 12:00-4:00pm and after 7:00pm. This additional attendee will not be allowed to participate during speaker presentations and dinner.

If you would like to reserve a room at the Hyatt, please call 1-800-233-1234, make sure to ask for the CIMA room block, by September 2, 2009.  Room rates are $219.

YOU MUST REGISTER TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT!

 

Government IT employees (attendees) will be required to register for this event. This event will be free to CIMA members. CIMA has waived the deposit check requirement. Please disregard the following.  If you have already sent a deposit check it will be returned to you at the event or mailed.  However, in order to guarantee your seat, CIMA will be requiring a $25 deposit, in the form of a check made out to CIMA.  CIMA will NOT cash or deposit your check unless you do not show up at the banquet or do not cancel by September 18, 2009.  All checks will be returned to participants at the banquet when they check-in at the registration tables, or mailed if canceled by September 18, 2009.

 

Due to the limited seats available, we are unable to allow dinner guests, or non-CIMA member attendees.  Your guest is welcome to join you at the vendor show, starting at 7:00 p.m.
