With the cancelation of the 2009 CIMA Fall Conference and everyone tightening belts and budgets, CIMA wants to keep in touch with its membership and sponsors.  To assist in keeping those lines of communication open, CIMA will be hosting some networking events throughout the year.

Our first event is for CIMA Members and Vendors on June 26, 2009 at Governor's Park Tavern, 672 Logan St, Denver.  CIMA will be providing appetizers for all and drink tickets for members.  A cash bar will also be available.  We hope you can attend and network with the CIMA members and vendors.

What else are we are planning to keep those lines of communication open?

CIMA is scheduling a ¿Fall Banquet."  We¿re still in the planning stage, but some ideas have been to include a speaker or two, dinner, CIMAwards, and a vendor night.  We¿re looking to hold this on a Friday night in October or November of this year.

We are also hoping to host a Spring Vendor networking event at the Denver Aquarium.  Members will be invited to tour the Aquarium while enjoying appetizers and talking with vendors along the way.
