General Information

The Water Quality Control Commission is composed of nine members appointed by the Governor for three-year terms and confirmed by the Colorado Senate.  Appointments are to "achieve geographical representation" and "reflect the various interests in water in the state."  At least two members are to be from west of the Continental Divide.
