Final Permit Actions

In accordance with Colorado Discharge Permit regulations, the Division is providing issued final actions. Due to space limitations, final actions will be posted for a limited period of time. Copies of all permit actions may be obtained from our records center at 303-692-3600.

A  Public Notice listing the Division's Draft Permit Actions is published in the Denver Post on the
3rd Friday of each month.  There may be additional notices during the month sent to the newspapers
as special Draft Permit Actions require.  The public has 30 days from the date of the Public Notice to
comment to the Division.
