Public Meeting on House Bill 12-1119 Report Implementation

The Division will hold a public Public Meeting to provide information and obtain public input on implementation of revisions to the Division's processes for preventing violations and enforcing regulations and permits for stormwater discharges association with construction activities as identified in the "Report to the General Assembly of the State of Colorado in accordance with Colorado House Bill 12-1119."

The Division will hold the meeting on July 18, 2013, from 9:00 - 10:00 am at 4300 Cherry Creek Drive S., Denver CO, in room C1E. Questions can be directed to Nathan Moore at nathan.moore@state.co.us or (303) 692-3555.
