Records Center

Records in the Water Quality Control Division are available for review under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) at the Division Records Center.

Hours are 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. 

Please use the file review request form below, and mail, fax or e-mail it according to to the records request instructions.  Please provide a valid ID card for reviewing records.  Copying by the division is limited and an external coping service is used and will bill directly.  It is acceptable to bring note taking material, including laptop computers and scanners.
