Because USDA regulations do not support electronic signatures, two options are available to the medical provider:

• Print the PAF, complete it manually, sign, and fax to the WIC clinic or hand it to the WIC endorser/participant or;
• Complete the PAF electronically, print it, sign, and fax to the WIC clinic or hand it to the WIC endorser/participant.
