Tobacco is the leading cause of preventable death in Colorado and Colorado's Tobacco Education, Prevention and Cessation Grant Program was created to combat this deadly public health issue. The Tobacco Education, Prevention and Cessation Grant Program is overseen by the state's Tobacco Education, Prevention, and Cessation Grant Program Review Committee. The Program leads Colorado’s fight against tobacco-caused death, disease, and economic burden by mobilizing organizations and individuals to work together to support tobacco-free lifestyles and environments.
