2013 Departmental Regulatory Agenda

This regulatory agenda is posted pursuant to HB 12-1008.  Only regulations promulgated by Type 1 Boards and Commissions, and the Executive Director and Chief Medical Officer are included in the agenda.  If you have specific questions regarding a regulation, please contact the appropriate Board or Commission listed on the agenda.

Please note: New building security procedures
Only the east entrance to building A of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment at 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South is open to the public. All visitors coming to the department for meetings must sign in with the receptionist in the main entrance lobby and obtain a guest pass that must be worn the entire time you are here.

Visitors will be asked the nature of their business at the department and to identify with whom they are meeting or what meeting they are here to attend.

Visitors attending meetings in Building B will need to wait for an escort to provide access to that building. Visitors will also need to return to the receptionist area and sign out when they leave. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
