Lowry Landfill Superfund Site

  

Natural Resource Damages Project Submittals

 

The natural Resource Trustees for the State of Colorado will approve up to $1,106,930 for ecological restoration projects designed to restore, enhance or replace similar natural resources once injured from historical contaminant releases at Lowry Landfill in Arapahoe County. Interested parties were required to submit proposals by March 12, 2013. Contracts are expected to be awarded in the summer of 2013.

 

The public is invited to review the proposals and submit comments to Susan Newton at the email address provided below. 

 

**The public comment period will be from April 26 to May 27, 2013
