Uranium Recovery Surety Documents

Available for Public Review

Per Radiation Regulation 3.9.5.7 and the Radiation Control Act, a review of the financial warrantly (surety) is required at the end of June annually for each licensee required to provide surety.  Notice of this review must be published on the department website and made available for public comment.

Umetco Uravan Uranium Mill This facility has been decommissioned and license termination is pending.
