Compliance Aids

In a continuing effort to help the regulated community stay in compliance with state regulations, the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division (the Division) has analyzed past inspection results to determine areas of frequent non-compliance.  The following compliance aids were developed as tools to compliment the more detailed guidance documents and compliance bulletings published by the Division.  It is not possible to include all of the detailed requirements in a reference checklist, but the most important points are noted.
