Regulations Development Part 5

The proposed changes to 6 CCR 1007-1, Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Radiation Control, Part 5 - "Radiation Safety Requirements for Industrial Radiographic Operations" were approved by the Colorado Board of Health during a final rulemaking hearing held on November 21, 2012.  

The revised Part 5 became effective on December 30, 2012 and has been publised in the Colorado Register.  Refer to the department"s Radiation Control Regulations webpage or the Colorado Secretary of State website for the final approved version.
