The Colorado Radiation Advisory Committee was created by statute. The Governor appoints nine members: three from the healing arts, three from higher education, and three from industry. The Radiation Advisory Committee's duties include providing technical advice to the Division on specific issues and reviewing regulatory changes proposed by Colorado's Radiation Program.
State seeks applicants for Radiation Advisory Committee
The Governor's Office of Boards and Commissions is accepting applications for three openings on the Radiation Advisory Committee from November 19, 2013 through December 17, 2013. There is one opening in each of the three areas: industry, healing arts and higher education. Committee members, who are uncompensated volunteers, serve a three-year term, with new terms beginning each January 1.
